Husband and wife team Steve Leach and
Catherine Farr formed Shoppers' View in
1993 to meet previously unmet needs in
their own multi-store retail organization.
As previous retail owners, Steve and Catherine

We began with telephone mystery shopping, which was identified
as the most cost-effective for our clients. Today, Shoppers' View
is the largest telephone mystery shopping company in the world.
We perform thousands of "shops" each week using our custom,
state-of-the-art recording software to record and deliver digital
audio files to our clients, either as streaming audio files via
the Web or on compact discs. As we have evolved and grown, we added
